25G SFP28 BIDI Transceiver
This 25G BIDI SFP28 transceivers are suitable for 25G Ethernet and CPRI (option 10) applications, like in 5G mobile networks. The family offers modules for the I-temp range from -40⁰C to +85⁰C and C-temp range from 0⁰C to +70⁰C. It Compliants with MSA SFP+ Specification SFF-8402 and SFP+ MSA with LC connector.
25G SFP28 Transceiver
This SFP28 optical transceiver for duplex optical data communications support 24.33Gb/s and 25.78Gb/s with CDR engaged.10G Ethernet optical data communication can be supported when CDR is bypassed.
It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C. It has built-in clock and data recovery (CDR).
The transmitter section uses a 1310nm multiple quantum well DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
